Actually, they voted down a severely watered down shell of Obama's plan crafted by a Republican so that it could be filled with almost anything. Obama's budget was 2000 pages, Sessions' was only 56.

@GodlessLiberal - You believe anything and are so easy to lie to... no they voted on the the real thing. And they had a prevision to add anything to th subject the president hacks say was left out. But they had not a single request to make such a correction.

@trunthepaige - There is a reason that budgets are so long. It's because 56 pages gives us a shell of a plan that can be stuffed with things that aren't actually voted on. You keep saying that I've been lied to, and I agree, YOU are lying to me. You act like this was a vote where all the Democrats think that Obama is an idiot. That's obviously not true.

@TheTheologiansCafe - You are right it is a joke. Presidents budgets have been given great fanfare and then called dead on arrival as long as I can think of. The difference is if the democrats ever did this with the a Bush budget that budget might have passed or at least had most if not all the Republicans voting for it

According to our news democrats refused to vote because the President's budget was cut and distorted and that's why the budget was rejected.   Also it says that an alternative budget presented by Paul Ryan was rejected by the senate too.
