She is so hot the girl's got the hotness
What most people are interested in is amazing. Believe it or not a child murder in Florida is minor news in reality. That story was not nationally important in any way. What any actor on this earth does in worthless information and being at all interested in it is a sign of a weak mind.Locally the big topic of our most popular bloggers is.... mocking someone who runs a xanga that actually talks about important things. Lovely a gossip fest by people with weak minds and shallow interests. But it is the most read material on xanga. Well Xanga is no worse than the rest of American culture right now
This Woman is hot I think I love her
Actress Olivia Wilde in an interview in "Marie Claire" She was talking about the US news medias heavy focus on celebrity gossip
"I'd like to refocus everyone's attention away from the Kardashians and onto Doctors Without Borders or aid workers. Let's redefine scandal. Scandal is not who so-and-so is dating; scandal is the fact that 1.2 million people are still living in tents in Haiti, and cholera is rampant because Nepalese U.N. soldiers dumped shit from their Porta-Potties (portable toilets) into the river."That's a fucking scandal. If the average 15 year old was hearing about that instead of so-and-so's plastic surgery or cheating in Hollywood, I'd feel better about our future."
I was just asked why I feel like I can criticizing a supposed expert. An expert I happen to know is disagreed with by most other experts. To them my knowing something just because I follow issues and have a good well used mind was beyond their understanding. At least on that subject who could know anything except this one supposed expert who had no research to prove he was doing the right thing.
But I'm sure they have strongly held views on Casey Anthony and consider themselves to be close to experts on that story, at least they know enough to have a strong opinion on that story. Me I know very little about that story and I doubt they understand the significance of this last paragraph.

neck.. not proportionate to her headsize. must have longer neck.. then she'd be die for.
@BenelliMan - So do you rate her an 8.5 or a 9?
Wilde is right on the money here. It doesn't make me overlook other things she's said that were absolutely bat guano loco, but here she's on target.
I've seen photos where Wilde looks like one of the most beautiful women on the planet. The Maxim photo above is not one of those photos. It's a turn-off when a woman looks like I in my 5'6 frame might accidentally snap her in half.
@randomneuralfirings - Ok for you I will find another picture
@trunthepaige - 8.5
@randomneuralfirings - @BenelliMan - Is that better?
YaY! A spring flower in the wasteland!
@trunthepaige - ... i like the other one better lol! put it back and I'll say she's a 9!
Nice. Figured out you could no longer argue with the facts so you stopped commenting on the previous issue and wrote a new blog disguised as something about a celebrity only to try and insult the previous commenters towards the end of the blog entry. I suppose you suspected they wouldn't read this blog entry, but that would kind of prove the commenters are NOT interested in this celebrity crap and spend more time on actual intellectual issues, wouldn't it? "Disagreed with by most other experts"? I wonder how Dr. Spack managed to become one of the country's top doctors if most other experts disagree with him. Then again, I seriously question what you consider an expert. If you had so much proof to the claims you made, why not even one reliable link/source backing up that the drugs have not been tested, or that they are actually using gender-reversing drugs in 10 year old children, or that a 10 year old child had sex reassignment surgery? Because there are none, because that is not what is happening no matter how hard you try to spin it that way.,
@Melissa___Dawn - No I had the facts you ignored them. You could not understand you would not understand. One doctor said it it must be right so you cried he is an expert. Thanks for iding yourself as the woman who thinks sex change procedures on 10 year olds is a great idea because one doctor wants to experiment on sexually confused children
And this was about far more than you
Girl I was not going to argue with you guys forever
@trunthepaige - See, I have to wonder if you even read the article yourself. NO ONE IS DOING SEX CHANGE OPERATIONS ON TEN YEAR OLD CHILDREN. Again, nowhere in that article did they state they were performing sex change operations on children, in fact it clearly stated that WHEN THEY TURNED 18 THEY COULD HAVE A SEX CHANGE OPERATION. Nowhere in that article did they say that 10 year old children were being put on gender-reversing hormones either. Seriously, I'm beginning to think you need a remedial class on reading comprehension if you really believe what you just stated was actually in that article. I'll leave it at that, anyone with 2 brain cells can click on the link and verify for themselves that what you are saying is NOT what was stated in the article at all.
And the drugs are NOT experimental, they've been around for at least the past 15 years that I'm aware of from working in the medical field.
@trunthepaige - *Snap* Ow. Hurts to look at her.
@trunthepaige - Nice edit after the fact. I never said it was about me, I said you were sneakily trying to insult all the commenters who disagreed with you. Here's your chance, go click your own link and highlight, copy and paste to me where in that article it states that 10 year old children are having sex change operations. Can't do it, can you? That's because it's not in the article and you are relying solely on the laziness of those who agree with you to not click on the link and read the article for themselves. My issue here wasn't even about the morals/ethics of the above issue, it was about your morals/ethics (more precisely the lack of) in blatantly misstating what the article said and then continuing to lie over and over again even after it had been pointed out to you that is not what the article said.
Wilde is so right about this. Casey Anthony's case, though a tragic one, was not of national importance. Much like celebrity gossip is not important. Our media journalism is a joke. They don't even deserve to call themselves journalists.
She is amazing. I follow her on twitter and pretty much everything she says makes me fall harder.
@suggestivetongue - I need to do that, I never knew she was so smart
@Melissa___Dawn - Your being a idiot, they are stopping sexual development in 10 year olds until they reach 18. That can not be undone, growth has ended by then. Maybe they can grow a beard or some semblance of breasts but their bodies will not be right. Some of us have minds able to see past a single unsupported doctors propaganda. And there is no research as to the effects of using these drugs for that long. This kids are being used as test subjects when they are to young to make a rational decision.
If you think you have a case provide the medical research that has proved that stopping sexual development in children until they reach 18.. one has some medical benefit beyond one doctors empirical stories of suicidal transgenders in other words prove it will make them happy and not sexually confused and still suicidal as teenagers. And two show that these treatments are not harmful to them.
Then try to explain why adults change their minds after starting sexual reassignment treatments, But a 10 year old would never do that?
number 13... definitely like her reprising her role in House... so... what are talking about?
nobody can do anything anyway. It's all pointless.
In a perfect world, celebrities like Olivia Wilde would be in the majority, and vapid nothings like the Kardashians would be relegated to the fringes of society.
She is quite nice, but Kat Dennings is still my future wife of choice.
"If the average 15 year old was hearing about that instead of so-and-so's plastic surgery or cheating in Hollywood, I'd feel better about our future."
Yes. I would, too.
I would go lesbian for her in a heartbeat, also she's right on the money.
Well said!
Most people don't want to think and care about things that matter. It tends to disturb their happy little imaginary safe place.
@trunthepaige - You stated: "If you think you have a case provide the medical research that has proved that stopping sexual development in children until they reach 18.. one has some medical benefit beyond one doctors empirical stories of suicidal transgenders in other words prove it will make them happy and not sexually confused and still suicidal as teenagers.
My response: They are NOT stopping sexual development until the age of 18, read the article you linked - they are stopping sexual development for a couple of years, then reassessing the situation and determining whether to proceed or not once they are teenagers.
You said: "Then try to explain why adults change their minds after starting sexual reassignment treatments, But a 10 year old would never do that?"
My response: No shit! That's why they're NOT having a sex change at 10 years of age, they are temporarily stopping puberty which will proceed naturally once the drugs are stopped in 2 to 4 years.
At 18 the person is an adult and whether you like it or not they get to make the choice and no one is making them undergo sex reassignment surgery before that age.
And that's my whole issue, your lies. I don't even care what side of this issue ANYONE comes down on, what I care about is that we get absolutely nowhere by spreading lies. You are saying they are doing surgery on 10 year olds to change their sex, and they're not. You are saying these drugs have not been tested, and they have because they've been using them to treat precocious puberty for over 10 years and that's AFTER going through the FDA processing which takes around 10 years. You're saying they are stopping puberty until age 18, and that's not what they're doing. You blatantly said that it would be impossible for puberty to continue after the drugs are stopped even though THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PROVEN, people WILL go through puberty naturally after the drugs are stopped.
Seriously, anyone who is too lazy to click the link and realize you have outright lied, you can have them as your fans, I look for a better quality of people. You only make your side look ridiculous and shoot down your own credibility when you keep lying.
I'd tap that! Right in the middle of a discussion about mobilizing our military for humanitarian purposes.
@Melissa___Dawn - o it not proveene at all as a mater of fact you are arguing against the fact that the human can not grow past a certain age. Most of that is befor 18. But live your dream because a dream has been your entire argument. Notied that you were unable to answer the questions and a case
My weak mind followed the C.A. case..... It was only "important" in a reflective sense. But the nation would have to be paying attention in order to draw any relevant cultural conclusions from the trial & subsequent verdict. Using their brain afterwards is optional. And, as a nation, we have no problem exercising our options.
Btw, Who is Olivia Wilde? (kidding I saw her in the Cowboy/alien movie previews) She is gorgeous.
cause people likes to fantasize to have a life like a celebrity once in a while
I like the use of a pretty face to make well thought out points.
@trunthepaige - Whatever, I happen to work in the medical field and I'm pretty certain I know a whole lot more about these drugs than you do, but then again you wouldn't know a fact if it bit you in the ass. Like I said, look at your statements, compare them to what was actually stated in the article - you blatantly lied. You haven't proven anything except that you obviously have no comprehension of what you read.
@bakersdozen2 - Those who pay attention to a lot of things including celebrity gossip and sentential trails are exempted though I find people like you to be very rare. And cases like the C.A. case as very common making the outcome at least to me not at all unexpected
@Melissa___Dawn - Yeah Im so impress you can not answer my questions and if you have any education in a medical field (as I do) you would know why that is important and you would know where to find it
@trunthepaige - Really? Interesting, because I answered your questions over and over again. However, you provided not one source to back up your claims, in fact, you claim to be more or less quoting the article you linked except none of what you stated is actually in that article. For example, show me where in that article it says that 10 year old children are getting sex reassignment surgery. Actually quote me the article, because you clearly stated that a few comments back, however, I see nothing in that article that even remotely implies that they are letting 10 year old children have sex change surgery. Hmmm, I've been working over 10 years as a medical transcriptionist, so yeah, I do have education in the medical field. I shouldn't have bothered, you will continue to spread your misinformation no matter how many facts are shown to you - it's just really sad that you can't deal with things as they are and have to twist them to fit your delusions and push your own agenda of oppression.
@Melissa___Dawn - No you did not and I am not making the claim that a new untried medical procedure works. Simply they are trying it out on these kids. As if intentionally arresting growth in a child is not risky
@trunthepaige - Yes, you did. They are not "trying it out" on these kids, these drugs have been tested and "tried out" already, they have used this procedure for at least 15 years to arrest growth in children with precocious puberty. The procedure and results have not changed, only the reason for using it. That's quite common. Originally Botox was used only for patient's with severe conditions such as cerebral palsy to relax stiff and frozen muscles. Now Botox is also used to relax and erase wrinkles. Same drug, same results, different reason. And again, you stated the article said certain things that the article did not say - you continue to do that after it's been pointed out to you several times, that's just outright lying.
@Melissa___Dawn - really you such a fool they not had any long term research and you should know that. Post the research data you are saying exists. The FDA approval would be nice as well
@trunthepaige - Are you incapable of researching anything for yourself? I mean really, if you can't even figure out how to use a search engine then it's pretty laughable you know anything about this issue other than the one article you read and quite obviously did not understand. Here's a link that explains some of the medications in this class of drugs: http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/924002-medication#1 If you read all the information there it clearly states some of the long-term effects - gee now how would they even know what those are if there weren't any long-term studies? Here's another one: http://www.fda.gov/downloads/advisorycommittees/committeesmeetingmaterials/pediatricadvisorycommittee/ucm214399.pdfClearly states trials began in 1995.
And again, provide me one official source for the crap you've stated. I provided a source, it's your turn. Or just quote any part of your linked article that matches what you stated the article said. Talk about a fool.
