According to the White House Visitors Log, provided here in searchable form provided by U.S. News and World Report, the president of the Tea Party hating National Treasury Employees Union, Colleen Kelley, visited the White House at 12:30pm that Wednesday noon time of March 31st.
The White House lists the IRS union leader’s visit this way:

The very next day after her White House meeting with the President, according to the Treasury Department’s Inspector General’s Report, IRS employees — the same employees who belong to the NTEU — set to work in earnest targeting the Tea Party and conservative groups around America. The IG report wrote it up this way:
April 1-2, 2010: The new Acting Manager, Technical Unit, suggested the need for a Sensitive Case Report on the Tea Party cases. The Determinations Unit Program Manager Agreed.

@firetyger - Conservatives, meanwhile, aren’t interested in the facts of the matter. Instead, their focus and energy is project as large a monster as they can out of the shadows of a few sock-puppet sized controversies. And the basis of this, often times, are no more than baseless claims, wild guesses, and idiotic conspiracy theories.
Let me know when a liberal addresses this issue with substance instead of conjecture, deflection or hyperbole.

This is another scandal that has been covered up or should I say its news was kept from us as long as possible. Only a fool would not be suspicious of that. The second means the white house knowingly has been feeding us bad information.
The third one points strongly to what probably happened. Agents were encouraged (by their union reps and others) to look into those evil tea party groups that had caused the Democrats to lose the house
Arabic men should be targeted as terrorists because it is mostly Arabic men who are terrorists.
Blacks especially in white neighborhoods should be stopped and questioned (shot and killed is OK to see Travon Martin) because most criminals tend to be black.
Hispanics should be stopped and asked for papers because most illegals tend to be hispanic.
These sorts of profiling are Kosher and approved by conserves.

The differences here are as follows:
Your illustration, making baseless, asinine, and absolutely irrelevant accusations for the sake of absurdity happen to also mean absolutely nothing to anyone other than myself were they true; whereas the purported situation referenced in this blog has been shown to have supporting evidence, and is a serious violation of the rights of citizens of the United States, as afforded them by virtue of their citizenship and their humanity. Additionally, it brings to light potential criminal activity by members of our government, up to and potentially including our President.
There’s one more difference… You don’t like the Tea Party, so it’s okay. Whereas I happen to like goatcheese, so I’m a little offended you’d infer that it could be wasted on such a frivolous task.

@tendollar4ways - You are not the brightest bulb. The groups wanting to be tax exempt were all about public education. About the same as media matters. IN the end the IRS aproved all who hung on. They never had reason to be treating them different than they treated media matters, planed parenthood and a long list of tax exempt leftest orgs who never had a problem being given tax except status

And if there’s that big of an issue with the IRS, then why isn’t the branch that says where the money goes (Congress) doing anything about it?

I have yet to meet a Liberal that was worth the price of his / her education. They are the ones who never listened to their teachers, let alone respected their teachers or their classmates. The rules were to be applied to everyone else, as rules do not apply to bullies who are above the law. From what I have read on the Internet news, officials at the IRS have commited a crime and those who did the crime had orders from on high to break the law. The willful ignorant of the Liberal class has applied one lesson rather well: do not ever let yourself be held accountable for your actions.
Mainstream ignores as long as possible, then when it can’t be hidden, (sometimes months later) breaks the news with a mean bit of English. And to think, folks who watch alternative news are considered the tin hats.
Obama didn’t know? Is this supposed to make us feel better? Now we have another question; Is it more dangerous for a president to lie, or be incompetent?
Social welfare nonprofit organizations, tax exempt, contributed over 256 million dollars to political campaigns last year while their donors remained anonymous.

I hear Lois Lerner was granted executive leave now. She once targeted the Christian Coalition and lost. I would say a lot of IRS workers are very unhappy people and I think I’m right about that. How can you be happy when you aren’t being fair and honest? Just a thought.
